3. Invitation to complete a long onboarding process introducing the platform that the company uses and various e-learnings about their proprietary tool for assessing the whole person
3. An assessed coaching session using the BetterUp WholePerson Model debrief with an Experienced Coach
4. Acceptance
5. More e-learnings (there is a huge amount of material)
