The process took a few steps: 1) Recruiter - phone 2) Hiring manager - phone 3) Create a presentation on how to handle a real client situation that BetterUp is/was dealing with 4) Present presentation to hiring manager, interview by a few other people in 1/2 day onsite The recruiter was super responsive and communicative. The people I met with were all very nice. The presentation was relatively easy but felt like I was being asked to provide free consulting work.
