Extremely disrespectful of candidates time. The interview was rescheduled three different times, ultimately scheduling 6 weeks after original scheduled time. After all the wait- I felt the conversation went well, and was promised that interview with hiring manager would be scheduled as long as HIREVUE interview was completed. The hirevue interview contained 6 basic interview questions, then ridiculous math games, and analyzing pictures. EX: Which picture do you like more: "person sitting at desk" vs "person sleeping at desk" . Not surprisingly, they then sent an automated rejection and did not deliver on promise to schedule hiring manager interview. Math games and Picture analysis have no bearing on ability to succeed in this role. They are gathering data for hirevue and not actually considering candidates.
