Entretien
There are three interview processes, two of which is virtual the last one being in-person. The first one is a screening call, second with hiring manager and third with the team

Question 1
How is your experience with Managing across different disciplines?
Overall a rather confusing and disrespectful experience.
The initial screening call was with a non-technical individual who, quite rudely, kept yawning throughout the interview and was visibly distracted. The second interview was with the hiring manager and was considerably more pleasant. During this stage, the candidate profile was outlined, my background and experience were discussed, and I was asked behavioural/situational questions.
At this stage, I recieved a generic rejection email and did not get a clear reason for their decision. My requests for additional feedback were ghosted.
Several months later now, I can see that the job advert is still up. It appears to me that despite outlining their ideal candidate profile, they don't know who they're looking for. The lack of transparency and respect during the interview process means that they're missing out on good candidates.

Very lengthy process. First interview with the HR manager, and then two rounds with the hiring manager. I was informed that there will be only 3 rounds in the beginning and then was informed after the third interview that there will be two more rounds.

Question 1
Standard project management interview questions- felt like hiring manager was reading the questions from a document and not paying attention to the answers. They were more focused on getting the answers in STAR format. I wasn’t invited for the next round though I was informed in the third round that I’ll be invited for the next round. Disappointed with the hiring process. Strangely a non-technical person is hiring for a technical project manager role and judging them whether they are technically competent or not.
