I was contacted by their HR and was moved forward to the hiring manager. My background is in healthcare IT so when I met with this person, they seemed tuned out. Betanxt is a wealth management company and I have experience in RCM and accounting/payroll software, but I think they wanted someone with more finance experience. The woman I interviewed with just said “….Okay great” to every response. It was pretty easy to tell she was unable to connect the dots between what I did and how it translated into the opportunity.
