It was an easy and relaxed interview process. The interview is taken by the Financial Controller of the company, who is easy going. The interview questions mostly refer to the CV and experience.
One stage interview with Finance Controller. The interview was quite short, it only lasted for around thirty minutes. The interview was pleasant and felt like a chat more than an interview

Interviews were very drawn out and long.
It was about 4 rounds of interviews that external and internal candidates applied for. However an interview took place every three weeks to a month apart. To a point that it would wind down the candidates only to either the very patient (who could wait for 3 months of interviews), or their internal team.
