It was a pretty short process. I applied on Indeed with a resume and they called me to set up first interview about a week later. There was 2 interviews in total.

The Interview went quite well you must be a people person and for the most part not shy. The manager who interviewed me was pretty laid back and made me feel comfortable. The interview was about twenty minutes long with questions like why Best Buy and what can you bring to the table. Also questions on handling situations. Just be yourself and relax and you should do fine.
