I interviewed for Mobile Manger 3 times before I was selected for the position. During all of my interviews I was asked for my specific philosophy on customer service, where I was familiar with reading and analyzing a P&L and how I would motivate my associates to improve performance. In each interview I stated the same philosophy but in the second and third interviews I realized that it was in my best interests to prepare a packet targeting the specific deficiencies I observed at the prospective store and how to target said deficiencies. The interview is always with an area manager and store manager. The store manager makes the call with the blessing of the area manager.
