My interview process was as follows. Apply online. Scheduled a phone screen with the HR recruiter. Then a series of in person interviews; one with the hiring manager; several with key leaders I would be working with.

Applied in August. Interviewed with recruiter via phone in early Sept. In-person interview in late September, 2 rounds. Offer 1 week later in early Oct. First round with hiring manager and peer to hiring manager. 5 face/face interviews that were back/back, 30 min each. Second round interviewed with directors and sr. directors in both marketing capability and business team.

Not many unexpected questions. Interviews mostly were about accomplishments on my resume, some were behaviorial based. No situational.
