It was pretty straightforward. Asked about my background and my skill set. Asked about examples of success in my previous position. I was able to ask follow-up questions as well.

2-3 in-person interviews or phone if at a remote location (job transfer). Interview will generally be with the store manager, or the store manager and a panel of other store managers/district staff members. All of these individuals will take turns asking standard questions from an interview guide. The interview was between 8-10 questions, not including introductions/general background information.

I initiated the process with an online application. This led to a 20 minute phone screening with very few open-ended questions. This led to an in-person interview that was about 45 minutes.

The process was thorough, although that is to be expected with a position like this. I got to the Third stage and had three different interviewees. One with the Hr rep, one with a hiring coordinator and the third with the district manager.
