I interviewed with BestBuy during Jan 2022.
The process was fairly straight forward. Call with recruiter and then a three hour interview.
- 1 hr leet code
- 1 hr culture fit round
- 1 hr resume based round
The interview was very easy and pretty straight forward. You can crack it with minimal to no preparation. interviewers are nice, polite and really seem to enjoy working at BestBuy. However, I had to reject the offer as they are offering way less than what I'm currently earning.

Entretien
Got a call from recruitment agency Talent500. It took around 10 days to get a call for interview. First round was behavioural round where they ask common behavioural questions. Next round should be technical but unfortunately I didn't get selected.

Talk with recruiter.
Talk with team leads with coding question. Involved for-loop. System design question, parking lot.
Talk with product management team on product management questions.
Immediately approval. Takes about a month to get things ready before you start on the team.
Meet team leads and select team to be on.
