Entretien
The initial step once your application is reviewed and accepted is a phone interview, usually consisting of basic questions concerning your motivation for wanting to work at best buy and your level of ambition. The next step is an interview with a supervisor/asst. manager, with several 'test' questions, i.e. "what would you do if you saw a fellow associate using their employee discount for a friend."
The final step is an interview with the General Manager, which has more in-depth questions about your motivation for seeking employment: "What personal attributes do you have that would contribute to your work as an asset prevention associate?"
Upon hiring, pay/hours are discussed, followed by drug testing, background checks, and possible credit check.
Congrats! You're now a Best Buy Asset Prevention Associate.

The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.
Pretty easy interview. There should be two interviews. One with the department manager and then one with the general manager in the upcoming days. I received the offer from over the phone.

Describe a time you had to make a difficult decision at work
3 interviews. all easy. first one with direct supervisor, second one with assistant manager, third one with the general manager. all interviews were no more than 30 minutes. Dressed casual, recieved an offer on the same day as the last interview. Started working within 1 or 2 weeeks
