Applied online and the next day I received a call back from the store. A lady told me the positions available and called me in to schedule an interview the following week. In the interview she wasn't very interactive, asked me questions and wrote down my answers I assume. At the end she showed me a stack of applications and asked me why should she pick me over all these people, and explained the hiring process. A few hours later I was called and was asked to meet with the GM, and I would be called later on in the week to schedule a day for my final interview. The next day the hiring manager called me and scheduled a day for me to come in for the interview, it is coming up in a few days.
