When you arrive they would have you wait in the break room along with someone else who might also be there for an interview. It’s one on one so you wait until it’s your own and they’ll pretty much call you in and ask about 3-4 questions.

Two interviews questions were standard interview questions. I would do it again the process was about what you should expect but management staff was also agreeable to answering questions. Benefits were explained in a way that made sense and salary negotiation was fair.

Entretien
There were two interviews, the first one was with one manager via Zoom and the second was in person with one supervisor and a store manager. The first interview consists of very basic questions, such as "Why do you want to work at Best Buy", and "What is your availability?"

How do you manage a situation when you believe you cannot finish the task before the deadline?
It was open, honest, and not too long of a process. It's appreciated if you are enthusiastic about working in a team environment, and about growth with the company as a whole.
