They start with a phone interview and then select from there. Then they have you come in for an in person interview if selected to move forward with the hiring process.
It was pretty straightforward. Asked about my background and my skill set. Asked about examples of success in my previous position. I was able to ask follow-up questions as well.
I initiated the process with an online application. This led to a 20 minute phone screening with very few open-ended questions. This led to an in-person interview that was about 45 minutes.

The process was thorough, although that is to be expected with a position like this. I got to the Third stage and had three different interviewees. One with the Hr rep, one with a hiring coordinator and the third with the district manager.
