Entretien
It was already off to a bad start due to the manager interviewing me being late by thirty minutes. I was interviewing with two people at the same time. The interview seemed to be going well since I was making them both laugh. In a bizarre end I was told I wasn't qualified for the position despite my years of managerial/sales experience. After the interview, I was told they already had someone else lined up for the position which is extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I had wasted my time.
Few questions asked mainly wants know if you are able to sell products while practicing their values. First interview is with the team lead or supervisor and then usually a second interview with the assistant manager or general manager.
Pretty typical interview questions. Show a lot of leadership potential and willingness to learn and lead others. Dress to impress and if applying from within the company, know your metrics.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
10 person panel interview with a 1 hr interview process. The panel consisted of managers from different store locations. It then took 5 days to hear back the results and decision of the team.
