Sit with one of the department managers in a room while they read questions from a paper. They ask you about previous employment and handling sales and customers. Just be honest because they do not judge on appearance but on genuine attitude and work ethic.

Waited for around 15 minutes before the store manager introduced themselves. 1 on 1 with store manager in their office. Pretty relaxed atmosphere not too serious. Overall pretty easy interview process.
