Quick phone interview then an in person interview with the geek squad manager. Supposed to be a follow up with the store manager after that. The geek squad manager was either very misleading or the position was filled before I got my "almost guaranteed" follow up interview. It's a very quick, formal first interview in the store break room. The staff was very nice.

I applied online at bestbuy.com. There were a total of four interviews. A phone interview, an dinterbiew with a department supervisor, an interview with tthe Geek Squad Supervisor, and an interview with the General Manager.

Quick interview about 10 min each, typical interview questions. sceond interview was about the same length, questions on your most difficult repair, how did you get to where you are, what was your goal for this year. Ect final interview was also about 10 min, more technical questions, going over my recent work history, then they offered me pay
