It was simple and straightforward. I did not have a tough time with the interview as it was focused on customer care and some basic knowledge on technology. So as long as you had some background and decent conversational skills, it was fairly simple.

It was an Online interview. They asked eight separate questions and you answered each with a video response. The process was easy. The questions were average. However it n the middle of the process their website stopped working and I got worried it deleted my responses, but they saved luckily.
