I was completely disrespected. The interviewer was speaking English at 2x speed as if that meant his English was good. It was a terrible experience—it didn't even last 8 minutes. Terrible. Don't waste your time. If that's how the interview went, I can't imagine the company culture and support. NEVER AGAIN
The interviews are easy, they ask you to introduce yourself in English, and why you want to work as an English instructor and what woukd you do in certain situations.
they ask you to introduce yourself in a phone call interview and why you chose to apply for the job if you passed they arrange a zoom meeting where they ask you to open your camera and they test your english and your ability to deliver information
