2 stage - case of study and prepare a presentation.
3 stage - in person. 1 hour and 15 minutes and to go through experience to date and full details of the role + the presentation.

They asked a few things: Why want to leave current job/ Explain previous roles into details/ How I would deal with coworkers unwilling to support whatever details need from them. A bit strange question, as if the people there is difficult to deal with. /They are more focus on years of experience than actual skills for the job. As they focus on how long I have experience in supply chain.
