Had one interview two managers and later met the director. Interview was conversational, mostly focused on relationship management experience and ability to multitask. Everyone was really nice and the company seemed to value their employees with generous vacation policy and 401k matching.

Recalling certain stories and experiences to relate to question. Specifically, instances where I went above and beyond for clients, how well I multitasked and how I was able to work with a not so happy client.

Entretien
Brief phone screening with HR recruiter. I was asked about my previous experience and why Berkadia. Later followed up with a one on one Zoom interview with the Senior Vice President which consisted of behavioral questions.
