Mine was not a typical interview since I was a referral and they were in the process of developing a new position. I first communicated with them via email and then met with several employees face to face. The environment was professional but relaxed. The open office layout was surprisingly quiet in a good way. Employees seemed focused on what they were trying to accomplish and everyone seemed efficient. It was obvious they were busy, but there were no indicators that it was a high pressure high stress environment. The culture seems to be one of collaboration and working out the best/most efficient solution. Although there wasn't a fit between my background and the final job description, I am pleased to have had the opportunity to work with them.
