Several rounds of interviews. The interviewers came in groups of three and asked typical interview questions. They seemed personable and interested in growing their team. Stayed in one conference room while the interview groups came and went.

Two young associates interviewed me via Skype. All technical difficulties aside, the two associates were not very good at conducting an interview. Very few questions were relevant to the position, and the associates did a horrible job at presenting why the firm would be a great place to work.
