They called back a week after the resume was submitted. Then an online interview was scheduled within 2 days. They try to get a read on you character by asking about your interests and values. They ask what you know about the company and the position your are interviewing for. Question why you think you are a good fit for this job. What made you apply. Look for a history in customer service and values your ability to smile. If you made a good impression then they ask to meet in person to go over the hiring details.
