Initial call scheduled without checking the time/date suitability with me, I was just informed. Delayed follow up then a second call was a scheduling mess, again no checking if it suited me, and with 3 late time changes. Interview itself was a conversation, got the vibe there is no clear strategy. I got an automated rejection follow up next day. The whole process spoke volumes.
