Received a pleasant message from the recruiter on LinkedIn
Job seemed to match my skills so I was curious to learn more
Spoke to recruiter on the phone which was very helpful and enlightening to hear about Bentley
I agreed to be considered and she sent my CV to the manager
I received an interview invite and they were flexible about scheduling this
The Manager was very nice, but did ask some difficult questions
I wasn't even looking for a new job but it was a great opportunity, so how could I say no :)

Multiple rounds HR, hiring manager, Sr leader, and again with HR for final discussions and in person meeting with the hiring manager before joining. It was flexible and proper time was given for the preparation and to schedule as per time convenient

Recruiter interview, then a manager interview, then senior manager interview, and finally a panel interview. All interviews were online. Very friendly personnel, coming with sharp questions to answer. Recruiter remains the single point of contact to coordinate all next steps. Process took 3 months overall.
