Hr called me and then he arranged a telephonic round over the phone then they told me to come for joining then I came for joining and training got started and the training goes for 5 days after that I hit the floor

First of all they will call you for hr round. Then you have to appear for technical round.Then they offer you verbally but won't provide you the offer letter. Only the day you join them then they provide you the offer letter less then the previous promised around . Since you would have already left your previous organization so you can't refuse. You find yourself robbed of 50000 per annum
