Entretien
Well, the Interview Process at Benori Knowledge Solutions comprises of 4 Rounds (PPT Round, HR Round, Managerial Round and COO Round), once you receive a call from the HR.
- PPT Round: You are supposed to prepare a 9-10 slider Power Point Presentation on a given topic in 1 Day utilizing Secondary Research.
- HR Round: The Questions regarding previous job role, current and expected CTC and Location would be asked.
- Managerial Round: The Manager would ask you questions pertaining to your previous roles and responsibilities plus a Case Study. This was the best round amongst all Interview Rounds.
- COO Round: I must say, this was the worst round by far. The COO doesn't seem to be an employee-friendly person. She would ask you questions out of anything.

Question 1
To all the candidates applying to Benori Knowledge Solutions out there,
please consider the fact that all your rounds would go fine except for the final round with COO.
I managed to clear all the interview rounds except for the last one, but it's not the rejection that was the issue but the demeaning behaviour of the COO.
Well, the final round consisted of 15 minutes. I would like to highlight the fact that I left my previous organization during Mar 2024, after working there for 1 year and 3 months for growth prospects.
Instead of understanding about my personality, she was stuck on one question - 'Why did you leave you previous job role?'.
Her concern or assumption was if I left my previous organization after working there for 15 months then I may leave Benori post 1 year, which sounds completely illogical.
I have been interviewing with certain big Research Players and Big 4s, but interviewers are more concerned about my overall personality rather than judging me on only one factor.
To conclude, rejection or selection is not the factor but the way how you interview someone.
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds of interviews with managers, HR representatives and the CEO regarding the subject knowledge, interests and worldview at large, followed by a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.
