First was an initial screening interview by an uninformed HR representative. Next was a second interview by phone. Finally an in-person interview for which they had me prepare a fifteen minute presentation. When I got there only two of the four scheduled interviewers showed up and they said they did not want the presentation. To ask someone to spend two hours preparing a detailed slide presentation and then not even look at it and have only two people show to an interview was a waste of my time. After the interview I did not want to work there.
