1st step: Video recording answers. Questions regarding Benefit & the products. Some random ones like, the song that describes you & your favourite party trick. Only a few seconds to record your answer, no chance to re-record.
Three stages but easy. You will have a video stage. Then an audition but sometimes they just take an online interview and see you makeup application. And then there is a store approval stage

Entretien
At first I had a video recording which was pretty good then a video call to show off my makeup skills the interviewer was really nice and friendly and later on an in person interview at the store I’ll be working at. The process took about 3 weeks minimum

Entretien
They have taken in to account that people may not be able to attend in person interviews and so start with a video interview and then followed by a zoom interview with one of the team.
It is a relatively easy interview process to work through and the amount of communication from the team is unmatched.
