I met with every employee of the company at the same time, but I didn't feel intimidated. I felt important. I was given a warm welcome and a brief overview of the roles and responsibilities that were/are expected of the position. The interview was very appropriately balanced and I was able to ask open questions and they made me feel comfortable when I was thinking about answers to theirs.
