Il processo di recruiting è decisamente più lungo della media. Dopo la prima fase di screening tramite test semiautomatizzati (domande di logica, di programmazione e attitudinali), seguono 3 colloqui (uno motivazionale, uno di problem solving, uno tecnico). In totale ci vuole circa un mese e mezzo.
Nonostante la lunghezza del processo appena descritto, reputo che la comunicazione si svolga in modo abbastanza chiaro durante ogni fase, che è sicuramente una cosa positiva.

they sent me tech interview. they want me to share my screen and camera. it wasnt coding much. it was math and logical problem. how you approach that question etc, not coding

Extremely long and inefficient process. You need to complete many long take-home tasks and you'll spend hours with those before even talking to someone.
The 3 interviews are nice and people really kind, that is a plus.
However, they asked for references and made interviews with them, only to get rejected in the end.
Had to do a technical 45min task that had questions from general logical reasoning and computation. The task was interesting although had to answer 7 questions in 45min so quite quickly
