Logic/maths and behavioral tests in 3 different steps of increasing difficulty and which took some time to do, maybe a little too much. When passed successfully, got an interview with HR about my passions, desires for the future etc., very chill and real. Unlike most behavioral interviews, you could really go unprepared and be honest. At the end I was told that I scored well in everything but "someone did even better and the open spots very only a few", sincerely encouraging me to reapply in the future. The whole process was very smooth and, despite being rejected at the very end, it was a positive experience and I was even offered a long and detailed email on the specific reasons why I wasn't hired (clearly actually true and not random standard stuff), like my scores in tests etc. So even if you pass the tests and move on to the interviews, don't think that those previous tests won't count: they take everything into account.

Perfectly structured and help the candidate clear any doubts. The process was clear from the start, every section clearly stated what was about to be asked. I really think this process is well structured and the employees care about every candidate
