I start by saying that the process is a total waste of time. I had to invest 9 hours to go through all the exercises and interviews, but this is not the worst part. My process started with the first round of five online exercises. You could do them whenever you prefer, but they were super stressful and they had to be finished in 30 minutes. The exercises were between being brain teasers and logic questions. They required some notions of superficial marketing stuff (e.g. to decide what trend an app would have after 1 month of growth). The exercises were not impossible but they couldn't be done so easily after 8 hours of work: you had to be focused. Total time: 5*30 minutes The second step was 2 exercises. Here, again you had to be focused. Total time: 1.5 hours * 2 + 5*30 minutes Then, I had other 3 interviews. The funny thing is that interviewers sometimes were asking me the same questions between interviews. Another depressing thing is that the interviews were behavioural and asked logical stuff. In the end, I spoke for just 30-40 minutes about Computer Vision (the position was about it!) and I never met anyone from the future team nor the manager. Even if I got the position it was impossible for me to understand whether Bending Spoons would have been a good fit. Interviewers were chill but they were trying a bit too much to show how cool the people in bending spoons are. I am sure they are a good company, but I warn the total investment might be high and you might have to have good faith in them to decide to get the offer in the end.

I passed the initial CV screening process and was sent a set of 7 problems of 30 minutes each. These were mostly logic problems. After solving them, they sent me another set of two problems, which were based on bitwise algorithms. I got rejected after these phase.
