Il processo di selezione consiste in una serie di problemi di logica da sostenere online. Non sono necessarie conoscenze pregresse. Ciascun problema ha una durata compresa fra i 30 minuti e le 2 ore ed il candidato ha a disposizione 2 settimane per completare tutti i problemi. In seguito, viene richiesto di completare un secondo set di problemi, avendo a disposizione ulteriori 2 settimane. Nel frattempo si è svolge un colloquio conoscitivo con uno dei recruiter. Le due fasi successive consistono in un secondo colloquio conoscitivo (più approfondito) ed un colloquio volto a valutare le competenze logiche del candidato.

Initial CV screening, followed by online tests. After this stage I took part in two interviews both one hour long. This was followed by reference checks and a final shorter interview that was only 30 minutes.

Got invited to the first video call interview with two managers in the call. One of them joined the call from the airport, with her camera off and with the background noises that constantly bothered the call, I don't. understand why she didn't mute herself when I was talking.
