I recently went through the hiring process for the Growth Manager role and found it to be very well structured and thoughtful. The process is quite demanding and included several stages: CV screening, 3 sets of online assessments, followed by 3 interview rounds and a reference check. What stood out to me was how organized everything was: communication from the Talent Manager was always very prompt and expectations for each step were clearly explained in advance, which made it easier to prepare.

Very long, very time consuming compared to other very excellent companies who are as competitive (if not more) as Bending Spoons. It consists in different tasks and interviews with different people from the team and from the HR department
