So much time and energy spent. Listen, I'm one for a thorough process but this was unlike anything I've ever been through or frankly heard of. It consisted of at least 6 rounds (lost count) including a couple of presentations. This process is more difficult than Chief of X positions I've been through and participated in. They are a unicorn startup but it shows the arrogance of the company. Final comment they encourage you to apply even if you don't have all qualifications but then shoot you down for not having them perfectly matched.

Entretien
Took 2 months to schedule a screening call. Recruiter asked me the same questions through email several times showing she did not put in any effort in the process. Screening call was quite unorganized where I was proposed a position that didn't exist. Overall, a very poor introduction to the company and quite disappointed with the 2 month process for a 30 min screening call.
