First interviewed with a recruiter and then the regional director. They were a day or two a part from each other. Both were fairly straight forward and not overly complicated.

Called into interview with 2-3 weeks and negotiated salary and added more benefits. Had prior rotations with company and was familiar with hiring process and hiring managers and was able to pick area where I wanted to work.

I had a 30-60 min phone interview with someone from Benchmark in Charlotte for a PRN job. I was looking for a flexible position to spend more time with my kids. The interviewer spent a lot of time telling me about how he makes his schedule work with having kids. It’s obvious he does not spend as much time with his kids as I was looking to do with mine. I was blessed to find a position elsewhere that actually allows work life balance
