Hi there, Firstly thanks very much for taking the time to write a review, we can only improve when we can see what is and isn't working. We have more than one round of interviews for all of our roles and the first conversation is usually with a recruiter. Our questions do tend to be more general, we focus on more broad behaviours, how closely aligned candidates are with Bench's values, etc. The more technical, role specific questions will come at later stages in the interview. Usually we explain to candidates what the interview process will look like, so you know what to expect. It looks like we may have missed that step here and I'll be sure to talk to the team about this.
