It was really long (all day) and it was a process of going from room to room for interviews and different activities. Everyone was really nice and supportive, but it was kinda daunting to enter a room with 20 people watching you. The interviews were better because it was usually 2 people interviewing you. They provided breaks and cookies.

"Carousel" interview process- you interview along with another 50 or so people all in one day. Activities, potential situations. Fun process, got to see the people that currently worked in the position you were applying for and the people you would be potentially working with. Myself and one other member of the group I interviewed with (about 7 people) were offered positions.
