Applied, got a response back quickly. Talked about my photography experience. Didn't ask too many questions. They expect you to be in the hospital a lot and working for very little money.

Emailed resume. Completed a shadow day at one of the hospitals. Got to see a few sessions in hospital with the photographer. I think maybe a call or a video chat after and then I was offered a position.

Thoughtful interview process. Nice to hear a walkthrough of the day-to-day as a photographer at a hospital. Made time to listen to my questions as well. Also training is pretty structured since you have to get prepare to work in hospital setting
