first you submit your resume and files then if u get picked u get an online IQ test and after u pass that u get an online interview then after that is an in person interview then a driving test

overall a simple process, they require driving history and police check.
before the in person interview they have a presentation about what you will expect working at Bell and the benefits and whatnot. total time for this stage is 3 hours.
