It was a process that took several months. First I had an interview with the design director who was very friendly. Afterwards I had a psychological written test which present different situations and a, b, c, d possible answers. I presented this one in a room with about 11 responding to it as well. This test also had a part in which I had to make drawings out of lines, or curves and give them names. Afterward I had an interview with someone from humans resources about how I saw my future and why I wanted to work there. Then I received a short telephone call of the boss of the design director to make a small interview. And finally about 3 months later got a call telling me that I got until the end between another candidate and me, that I was incredible... But the other person got a masters degree in packaging so they will hire the other person. The people that interviewed me were very kind and almost cheerful about the process, the company and the business.
