Very quick process. Phone screen and in person interview. Good company to work for. Great people to work with. Very laid back interview. Ask questions; Belcan is very open about their process, policies, etc.

How will your work experience help you with the role you are interviewing for?
I was referred by a friend, they called me to set up an interview. The interview was short and I received word that they would like to extend an offer within the next few days
I met with project leaders and the branch supervisor. They were more focused on who I was as a worker and person rather than the qualifications on my resume. Comfortable interview and wasn't too intimidating as far as interviews go.

Felt rushed, interviewed Wendsday started on Monday. When they need people they hire very quickly. When they don't need them... , don't take it too personal Belcan supplies engineers and is very good at it.
