Quick conversation with the president of the company defining the role activities. Presented the two roles available and asked which one I would be better suited for. After a few emails back and forth I was told he was excited to see me at my starting date.

Entretien
Exchanged emails with Dr. Luehrig over the course of a few weeks. He asked me why I wanted to work there and what my skills were. He explained two positions that I could work in. He explained what requirements each had and what my tasks and responsibilities would be. Each position was in a different department. The job was eventually offered to me without any real interview.
