I first submit my resume to manager through friend works there. After a day, I received a call from the manager asking simple question and give me a time to have a interview. In the afternoon, I went there and was called into office. The manager looked at my resume and asked questions about how some of my personal works were made. He also asked some question about my previous job. The whole process is simple and enjoyable. The manager is nice and patient.
