I started off with a 30-minute video call with their recruiter. It was a pretty straightforward initial chat, just getting to know each other, talking about my experience and understanding a bit more about the role. Then, I had an in-person interview that lasted about an hour with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Director. That conversation was a bit more in-depth, they really wanted to dive into my approach to recruitment and how I handle certain scenarios. Overall, it was a really smooth and professional process.

It was great. They offered relocation assistance. I couldn't move forward due to the fact I didn't have a degree at the time. But everyone involved was super nice to chat with.
