I found the opening online through a job-listing website. I applied online through the job site and heard back from the HR director within 2 weeks. They offered to do a skype interview since I live out of state but I asked to interview in person in order to learn more about the organization. WONDERFUL PEOPLE! I loved everyone I met. I was offered the opportunity to shadow the position I was applying for for a day. Before the shadowing I interviewed with the director/owner and SLP. I was asked to answer questions about case management. Ultimately I decided the position was not right for me at the time but feel it would have been if I had more experience in the field.
