Very quick. Didn’t seem like they cared that i was inexperienced or unfamiliar with the field entirely. Questions were very cookie cutter and I felt like i was an inconvenience. A tour of the center cane after the interview and i was offered the job in the next week.

First you will get an introduction call in which you describe your background and your interest in why you want to work in aba. If you do well with that, then you will be called in and you will have to do a mock session (with a rbt by your side to model, and an actual client as well as the clinical director(I believe that was her position). They are looking to see how well you pair and if you’re able to run one of their targets.

Interview process was fairly simple. It was mainly just behavioral questions with 2 people. I didn’t have any previous experience answering those types of questions but it was still easy.
